Many health professionals want to encourage their clients to participate  in more physical activity, yet there are many barriers, particularly for adults and children with a physical disability, and those aged 50+.

The PROPOSE study involves the development and testing of a new approach to increasing physical activity participation among these groups.

There are three parts to PROPOSE and several ways you can be involved.

We are currently looking to interview people aged 50+ across Australia who have seen a physiotherapist in the past 2 years. The interviews will focus on their experiences with exercise and sport, and their suggestions about how we can help others be more active. Interviews will be by phone or video call and will take about 30 minutes. Contact us to find out more
